We have had a Polar Vortex the last couple of weeks here on Lake Okeechobee. Not all that sure what that is but it was cold enough to drop the water temp 12 degrees.
It has really slowed down the fishing but all is not bad. It’s the week of the full moon and the big ones are moving in and now the water temp is back to normal for this time of year. Try slowing down with senkos and flukes, they have worked for me. Also this year the water level is a foot lower than last year at this time.
